Completing 360 Surveys

One of the activities in the 360 process is to complete a survey for one or many people participating in a 360 event.

  • If you are part of a 360 event, you will have access to the 360 application and the dashboard that provides an overview of all the surveys and activities.
  • If you are not actively participating in a 360 event, you will not have a dashboard, but will receive an email with a link to the survey requesting you provide feedback for a participant.

How to complete a survey:

  1. Click the link included in the email to open the survey
  2. Complete the survey and Submit it
    • You will have the option to 'Save and Return' if you cannot finish the survey immediately. Keep the email invitation and click the link within the email again to return to the survey.

How to complete a survey:

  1. Review the People You Are Rating section.
  2. Click the Start Rating button.
  3. Complete the survey and Submit it.
    • You will have the option to 'Save and Return' if you cannot finish the survey immediately. The status on your dashboard will display 'In Progress' until you return and submit the survey and the button text will change to Finish Rating.
    • To finish the survey, click the Finish button to return to the survey and Submit it.
  4. Repeat for other participants

What happens next:

  • The status will change to 'Complete'
  • The button to start the survey will disappear
